Heather Cook wants board decisions, including those related to homeowner complaints, posted on OPA web site. 11/16/2005. This is apparently an alternative to board not responding to lot owners during public comments. Regardless of Cook's intentions, this wil not replace a comment from one or board members or the general manager during the course of the meeting.
