Janet Kelley motion to have staff put together a projected cost of all major maintenance costs such as repairing pilings under Yacht Club, costs associated with old Community Hall, repair of Swim & Racquet Club piers, and any other major items before the board makes a final vote on the budget was rejected by the board on a 4-2 vote. Sterrett, Stachurski, Cook, and Venit voting against; Kelley and Coleburn in favor.
The segment begins with a somewhat testy exchange between Kelley and Stachurski over Kelley's desire to change the order of her two motions. Eventually a motion to suspend the order is passed with Cook and Stachurski the two "no" votes and Kelley presented her motions as she desired.
