OPA Board passed Reid Sterrett motion to have By-Laws Committee look at Articles of Incorporation. 3/15/2006. Committee to review and report back to board with any suggested changes. Only th OPA Board can change Articles of Incorporation. The Articles, for example, give the OPA Board the authority to change the by-laws.
