After some discussion, the net result appears to be that the board will indeed again review the guidelines. The format for that review and vote on the Guidelines was not determined. Venit wants both sides on the issue to be heard -- representatives from ECC/ARC as well as representatives from Skip Carey's adHoc Committee on Guidelines.
