Sandusky clearly states the $3.9 million is all-inclusive, including site work, etc. Sandusky goes on to say the Community Center impact on assessessments would be "zero."
Sandusky also states the interior 19 lots proposed for sale would "conservatively" bring in about $2.6 million, and noted the appraised value of the commecial property to be sold was $2.1 million, for a total income from property sales of $4.7 million.
At this point, nearly two years after Sandusky's remarks, not a single interior lot has been sold and the commercial property is scheduled for auction in a few weeks. The current projected cost of the Community Center is at $5.4 million.
