Worcester County Planning Commission meeting on 8/7/2008 to review Preliminary Plat approval for Holland Point, a 43-lot subvidision off Route 583 just west of Ocean Pines. Major issue was use of septic tanks. Planning Board aapproved on 6-1 vote with chair Carolyn Cummins the only NO vote.
