OPA Board holds special meeting to discuss upcoming budget. 10/13/2008. This was a somewhat hastily-called meeting for the board to discuss and provide some guidance to the General Manger as he begins creating the OPA budget for the 2009-2010 fiscal year beginning next April. In tough financial times this is an interesting video. Unger and McLaughlin were absent. Two members of the Budget & Finance Committee took part.
