Focus on the Pines host Jack Barnes visits Showell Elementary School and interviews student Zachary Davis about his technology awards. Zach produced an award-winning video at the age of six. 3/8/2009. Zachary is currently in the 3rd grade, 9 years old.
Some of Zachary's accomplishments:
- Worcester County Techfest 2006/07 school year: Gold Award for video.
- International Student Media Festival held in California 2007: Winner ofExcellence in Media Production for above video. [ rubber band racer video at end of Focus on the Pines interview].
- Worcester County Techfest 2008/09 school year: Gold Award for video and Silver Award for website design.
