OPA president Dave Stevens presides over meeting with driveway paper publishers. 4/29/2009. Issue is what Director Clarke has called the "litter" of unwanted papers thrown in driveways. No real agreement reached. Incredibly, at one point Stevens even suggested CPI inspectors come up with a list of homes that are not occupied so papers will not be delivered. How inspectors would determine such information was not discussed, nor the cost to association members.
The meeting was open to association members. However, as is increasingly the standard for Stevens, association members were not told of the meeting.
