Wow! Don's Seafood started on Chincoteague and then expanded to Pocomoke.
Bob Beck opened his restaurant the same week we moved into OP. We ate every supper in his place that week and got to know him and Kelli. Seventeen years ago. I didn't see THAT coming! Working in the hospitality business, whether food or lodging, can be a wearing job. Intense work is required for low wages/profits. Wow. I hope Bob got what he wanted for the operation. The hardware store should open soon. Big changes are coming, eh, Joe?? Inside info?? Inquiring minds want to know. |
