Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Community Hall Options Msg# 530815

I vote for Option #1. Here is my reasoning. No need to give OPA more space. 1. More space leads to hiring more employees. 2. More employees leads to more salaries to pay. 3. More salaries to pay leads to even higher Association Fees. Do we really want to expand the OPA? Maybe what needs to be done is to shrink the OPA some. There are too many that what to just increase the bureaucracy of the OPA. |
