Hi Joe:

I watched the video just this morning and I am, at the present time, in favor of Option 2.  As I was listening to Bill explain the different options and when he put up the rendering of what the CH would look like, it made me a little sad for the existing building.  I think the building as it is from the outside is so rustic and quaint looking.  I wish a new building could be put up but with darker siding and not so modern.  I think it will take away some of the character of Ocean Pines to put a stark light colored siding building at the site. 

I thought it was interesting the interjection of the possibility of adding a basketball gym.  I am in favor of putting a floor down over top of the indoor pool and letting them play basketball there.  Would that cut down on the fees we are paying presently?

Anyway, I think Bill and Marty should get a gold star for their efforts on this project.
