What happened to the local builder and his $500,000 price? You referenced my post where I wrote: "I understand Marvin Steen has said the old building could be made very useable and properly maintained for about $500,000." I don't see anything in my post where Steen said HE would do the work. So.... Rick, what is it YOU want the board to do? |
