For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bill, my initial reaction is to choose item 2, compete rehab of existing structure at $1.2 million to $1.6 million. Based upon the information known at this time, my initial reaction would also be to choose Item 2, but only if the final cost can be contained within these parameters. |
