On what factors do you base your "initial reaction" on for the complete rehab of the existing Community Hall? On my belief, even before hearing your options, that association members will support maintaining and fixing up what we have but new stuff will just lead to another yes/no debate. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: However, where will the northside fire station be located? This is what we need to address and resolve. For any options other than just fixing the roof, we face the same problem. On what factors do you base your "initial reaction" on for the complete rehab of the existing Community Hall? I purposely did not indicate my conclusion as to which option I believe we should go with. BTW, the more members who watch the presentation the better. I would like to hear what people think and am willing to respond to any questions that anyone my have. |
