Security is one of the many reasons pointed out in the Duke report. Now that's a laugh, and we are up to "many" reasons now. No one is in the building all night, to my knowledge. When the building is in use a staff member/worker should be in the building, but why do Mike Howell and the secretaries need to be in the building? Or do they take turns guarding the place at night as well? BTW, the police department is across the parking lot. PS - what a change... Dr. No now quoting gospel from a Comprehensive Plan Committee report! |
