Tony, I think the original $500K was for a roof and patch and paint, not for a total rehab. When Joe gets the video up you will find that the total rehab is much more extensive then what was mentioned in the original posts. Ted |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You are proof positive of a comment made at the board meeting yesterday. Put out any numbers, no matter they are said to be preliminary, and people will immediately latch on to them as if cast in stone. Just like his recent post about "what happened to the $500,000 amount?". That comment was made as a comparison to the $1.2-$1.6 million total rehab - quite surprised was he that the $500,00 should have been compared to the $350,000 amount. Of course, I expect a denial from him. |
