There really isn't any unbiased appeal process in OP. A Maryland court was your unbiased appeal process. You lost. Beg for mercy from the board. Yes, beg.... or tear it down... or take the case to the Appeals Court. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Harry, We appreciate your concern. Obviously, and it doesn't take much imagination to figure out where it is coming from! However, with the amount of negative attention we are getting, what can I do The Association is using the assessments from 8400 lots to beat me down. Its David and Gollith all over again and I don't have a sling shot. There really isn't any unbiased appeal process in OP. We certainly need one. If anyone on the board trys to help an individual property owner they are liabled to be sensored. However, this is serious enough that we need to do more than stirup the natives, we need a responsible official to take action, without fear of reprisal. Is this possible in OP. I don't think so. How's this stuff grab you. Maybe my brief responses will get Joe Reynolds dander up?
