A mutually agreeable fine might see like a reasonable approach. However, wouldn't this approach essentially say violations and non-compliance by lot owners are for sale to those who want to buy? I don't think so. Each case should be looked at on its own merits and if there is no damage to neighbors or OPA then a fine may be the approprioate recourse. I, by the way, have no knowledge of this particular situation. |
