For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, My biggest concern is that the cost of the room, set up, and the food is charged to the Yacht Club and not the Golf Operation. Does that make any sense? Either way it is a loss to OP. I understand your point in that, if not charged correctly, it skews the YC books and assigns costs that should belong to golf. What I want to know is who approved the free food and why? I would also like to know what was said or done to prompt the outburst.......it certainly was not anything you said since he approached you.
