General Manager Tom Olson, in the middle of my second interview.  I then followed up with an email in response to his statement, stating that my role as a mother would have no effect on my ability to do perform the duties required of a public relations director.  If my attendance was needed at night time activities, I do and am able to secure child care necessary to fill my responsibilities.
