As a sales manager I hired and fired my share of people but never heard of such a thing as asking employees about to be fired to bring back a list of other job options. Or to stay on 30 days after being fired. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: 1st meeting 2/5/08 - I was told to go search out other employment opportunities and come back three days later with a list of those options WHAT!? As a sales manager I hired and fired my share of people but never heard of such a thing as asking employees about to be fired to bring back a list of other job options. |
