The only thing that could delay, modify or stop it would be if a problem or issue developed with the County. That is true. However, if a problem does develop with the county then the contract is null and void and we all return to the old fire department contract that guarantees the space in the old Community Hall. By the time any decision comes from the county the Community Hall rehab, sans the fire department, will be well underway. At that point we would have a problem. However, chances are the fd will obtain a permit to build. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: In fact, it is already decided. It's a done deal. You can stick a fork in it! The only thing that could delay, modify or stop it would be if a problem or issue developed with the County. |
