Even it if did no harm to WHP, or anyplace else within OPA, one doesn't leave a two engine bay building to move into another two engine bay building, newly built or not. You obviolusly are not paying attention. The proposed new fire station has three bays. Beyond that there is the second floor to accomodate fulltime staffing. Make an argument about the new station but don't make non-factual arguments. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: All that I am reporting is the fact that the plan does not look nearly as invasive to the parkland as I imagined. Even it if did no harm to WHP, or anyplace else within OPA, one doesn't leave a two engine bay building to move into another two engine bay building, newly built or not. If you're gong to build a new fire station from scratch, plan and build something more than what you current have. In other words, build for the future use of the station. |
