Joe, Forgive me sliding in here because you know I'm not really here anymore. But. I like Pete and he was very much instrumental in putting together the B & F report and next years budget. In order to pay for the upcoming infrastructure upgrades and repairs, the fees increase were also continue the proper amount of cash in the reserves will be spread over five years. To me that makes sense. It also makes sense that we can have to opportunity to have a CPA on the board. Now I know that you and most of the forum gang never supported me or don't now and that's Ok. it is their opinion....My choice will be different from yours, Respectfully, Ray

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I wrote that Pete Gomsak and Bob Thompson were clearly the best choices. That is my opinion. Association members should review all available info and make their own choices. |
