Can you cite that particular quote that you are attributing to Ray that amenities are supposed to lose money? For the life of me I can't find it anywhere. Thanks in advance, I am really awaiting your reply.

Hi Bill,

If you read The Forum on a regular basis, you would not have to ask that question.

Ray has consistently argued that we need to accept the fact that the ammenities lose money. He has said many times that the Yacht Club will never break even and he is not worried about it.

Ray is a good fellow, and I like him a lot....but I don't agree that we should all have to foot the bill for a few users of certain ammenties.
