You are suddenly finding Dan's statements on OPA politics credible? My god, how I love this place. It would be impossible to make this stuff up. The B&F Committee is an advisory committee. It reviews the budget, for one thing, prior to the board receiving it. Had you attended any of those budget review meetings you would see all the hard work that goes into it. Gomsak brought a level of professionalism and expertise that was much needed. And your suggestion that membership on any committee indicates the committee members are part of the problem is incomprehensible to me. Let me elaborate further -- absolutely incomprehensible.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Gomsak and Thompson will be my choices in the coming OPA board election. I believe many association members will come to a similar conclusion after viewing the video. Joe: I think your above assumption is premature, particularly in view of Dan S.'s comments on the forum today, which I find to be credible. I have a couple of questions for you. What SPECIFICALLY, did Pete Gomsak accomplish on the B&F Committee to earn your endorsement? Also, as Pete Gomsak has been a member of the Food and Beverage Committee, which is inexorably linked to the financial losses of the Yacht Club, it would seem that those committee members may have been part of OPA's problems.
