For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, As a matter of fact most "private" Country Clubs and Yacht Clubs do have a food and beverage minimum. How right you are, "Private" clubs do have a food and drink minimum. But as we know, OPA clubs are not private. If the membership is not willing to spend $83.00 of their dinning out money at the Yacht Club then they need to tell the board what they want us to do with their facility. How about OPA making us want to spend our money (not forcing us) by having consistant good food and good service. So the yacht club belongs to OP owners and you and other directors want us to tell you what to do with the place, but the sport core pool belonged to OPA and directors at the time didn't care what owners thought about covering it.
