Rick, What do you think I have been doing for the last month. I have been trying to put the lease to bed and have two other members who agree. I only need one more to come to their senses and then we can move on. Ray |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Gomsak should have been clearer, perhaps, but I sensed no support on his part for the lease. At this time the OC property lease/sale has not become as vocal or public to the membership as was the failed $5.4M/$6.2M CC project. However that might change between now and August. As in other BOD elections, I sense this may be yet another single issue election. Whichever candidate can shout the loudest that they are opposed to or would not support the 99-year lease has the best chance to win the 2009 election. A discredit to the election process. |
