Rick, To make matters worse, it appears they don't want to know, they don't care that the situation still exist and they have no plans to address the encroachment. Bill Rakow posted on 10/2 that now that the lease had been rejected they would close the loop on the encroachment issue through a written agreement. Give them a reasonable period to do so. Ted |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I merely asked if anyone had ever gotten to the bottom of why they did it. Based on what is know at this time, it appears neither the GM nor the BOD know how this encroachment occurred. To make matters worse, it appears they don't want to know, they don't care that the situation still exist and they have no plans to address the encroachment. That's the issue. |
