Joe, Have you seen the new lease? I see no reason to ask them to take down whatever they have built since it is practically on the water......BUT we should get something in exchange for letting them keep it. THAT IS ONLY FAIR! Why do you think the BoD is pussyfooting around this situation? It is OUR LAND. Are they afraid Moore won't do business with us? If so, that doesn't make much sense, since he is getting more than we get out of it the deal. Nancy |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Nothing is nailed down with regard to any encroachment. If anything thelease probably protects Seacrets more than OPA. Why don't you get a copy. |
