It appears neither of the two properties listed on the site you mention are the property where Seacrets primary business is located, at least the sf of the properties would indicate this. Perhaps the primary business property is under another name; I have no idea. Those two parcels also have odd-number addresses; perhaps they are on Ocean Side. The OPA bayside property address is 4900 Coastal Highway, even number. Each Moore parcel you reference is only 5000 sf. Each has a land value of $500,000. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Here is what I don't get. If one looks at the County assessment site, Leighton Moores property appears to be valued substantially less than Ocean Pines. There are 2 plots s for Moore and the one for Ocean Pines showing a land area of 30,000+sqft. What am I missing? Here is the link to the tax assessment page that lists all 3 properties.
