What don't you get?  I was unable to find parcel # 6869 on any of my maps, but it is only 5,000 square feet.  Parcel # 6870 is also only 5,000 square feet and is located on Coastal Highway and is not waterfront.  BTW, Seacrets and Mr. Moore's land holdings at 49th street are composed of way more than two parcels.

It was hard enough just to find them originally as I thought they would be listed like our properties...by address. Then when I went through the pages listed for Coastal Highway and finally saw the Ocean Pines property listed with 2 Leighton Moore names listed immediately before I thought that must be his properties. Perhaps they are listed by another name. I did notice the huge discrepancy in square footage. My intent in the question was to clear up that confusion.
