For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My understanding with Pennington Commons is that Skolnik's company is developing it, but that another local, but larger, builder has, or intends to, purchase all of the lots in the subdivision relatively soon. When that happens, the developer recoups the cost in short order and not when all the lots are sold. |
