George, Lets hope that with all the professed interest in attending meetings and the detailed budget review by many members this year that the natural outcome will be a large slate of candidates running for the board this year. Then meeting times and venues, policies and procedures, problems and issues will quickly and promptly be solved while assessments are significantly reduced. Can't wait! Ted |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I agree Marty, you can see what happened when the board had the meeting at night and with "some" advance notice. Maybe it would be better if they had the meetings at 2: 00 AM on a Wednesday, then you would never have anyone show up. By the way great job at the meeting. Its a good thing I went to the meeting looking for Brad Pitt.I would never have found you! |
