That certainly, IMO, makes us completely vulnerable with all of the "part-timers".
I'd think OPA could sue any association member for monies owed, whether or not a lien can be obtained on any property or properties. Obtaining monies legitimately owed is not a major problem IF the person sued has the money. Every case is unique. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Our documents only allow us to file a lien and foreclose on property located inside of the Ocean Pines subdivision. That certainly, IMO, makes us completely vulnerable with all of the "part-timers". Linda |
