So... how much do you think OPA would have to pay to "retain" an attorney to cover every possible case it might encounter? What would be stupid is to pay such a retainer.
As for what is being done or not done, you, and others, are assuming OPA and it's counsel are not pursuing all possibilities in a prudent manner. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If not specific to maryland law what is the applicability in Maryland? I do not know. I would think that our attorney, Joe Moore, should know and pursue all possibilities to collect our monies that are due for unpaid dues. Linda |
Why do we even have "an attorney" if he's not on retainer. That's something I think is really stupid.
