If not specific to maryland law what is the applicability in Maryland?
I do not know. I would think that our attorney, Joe Moore, should know and pursue all possibilities to collect our monies that are due for unpaid dues. Linda |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If not specific to maryland law what is the applicability in Maryland? BTW, liens and suing for money owed are mutually exclusive. Any creditor can sue for anything. |
Why do we even have "an attorney" if he's not on retainer. That's something I think is really stupid.
