Section 5: OPA Board Subject: OPA Loses IRS Case Msg# 823886

I don't understand a lot about the case listings. Someone told me about it a few years ago, when I was complaining about so many "nol pros" cases coming out of Worchester and Wicomico Counties, and yet the suspect would have a "rap" sheet two or three pages long and he's still on the streets !!!
But I digress... I believe they are still active because they either haven't been paid, or no one has notified the court that they are paid. Usually it is up to the attorney to have the case closed. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Each case is identified as "injunction" or, "foreclosure". Judy, since you seem to understand the case listings, what is with all the cases, listed as active, that go back to 1988? |
