If not specific to maryland law what is the applicability in Maryland?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I'd need to see that in writing or some confirmation from a real estate attorney. This does not specifically list Maryland and it would of course be state by state, as I said; but it may be something OPA could have their "attorney" investigate, IMO. Linda |
