It would take me time to research the minutes but I am pretty sure the motion was by Mr. Peter Gomsak. I have no idea what the final cost to our Association was but the estimate was in the neighborhood of $20,000.00. Quite frankly, if the proper disclosure was not made by Mr. Gomsak, I believe there may be a conflict of interest. You can view on video at the regular board meeting of 11/17/2010 starting at the 1 hour and 45 minute mark. Marty |
