Thank you for the link. I must have done something wrong because I only came up with three foreclosure cases and the suit against SPN which is over two and a half years old. Every foreclosure against a lien in Maryland must be posted in the legal notice section of a local newspaper. I read and study these notices every day. I have not seen more than five in two years. OPA has a list of delinquent cases for foreclosure. My most recent copy dated 12/28/2011 shows ten (10) properties out of one hundred twenty four (124) in some stage of active foreclosure by OPA. Could the list you are looking at include the filing of a lien? OPA filed $746,350.81 in property liens on November 18, 2011. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Each case is identified as "injunction" or, "foreclosure". There were probably at least 50 or more of foreclosures. I assumed the injunctions were to force owners to comply with property regulations. It's public information--here's the link: Click Here |
