My, my you are getting awfully edgy. I'm a bit confused, how does my comment to Don insult you, or Don for that matter? He certainly is entitled to his own opinion as are you and I.

The real issue isn't really the building, it's the operation. Building a new building won't solve the issues as to why the Yacht Club can't break even on operations.

I admire the work you do by providing the forum, keep it up.

One of my primary reasons for voting yes is that the proposed re-hab will likely push (your number) $2 million, doesn't change the footprint and therefore does not offer much revenue enhancement opportunity. I agree with your point that the rehab will likely be a recurring theme.

I look forward to what I believe will be enhanced revenue (and with it a real chance at breakeven), a more efficient work flow, a better customer experience, more efficient energy usage, and coupled with select seasonal shut downs ( Marty's push and a louder voice from the community) perhaps a positive bottom line and a chance to reduce the need for future increased homeowner dues.
