Who knows. The county refers to "waterfront locations." In OP it apparently sees "locations" as all property east of the parkway, whether or not a particular lot is a waterfront lot or not.
Still, the announcement is not clear. Anyone in doubt or concerned should probably evacuate, or be prepared to have 911 hang up later on. |
