The absurd accusations were made in a closed meeting and thus become confidential.
This closed meeting did not deal with contractual or other such legal issues. It involved specific charges against you as an individual. I have to think you have every right, should you choose, to publicly explain anything discussed in closed session about you. Furthermore, since the board vote to go to closed session provided a provision the discussion would be about general legal issues, and not you or specific charges against you, if specific charges against you were discussed during the closed meeting then the board violated its own motion as to the purpose of the closed meeting. This whole thing stinks. By the way, the reason I strongly suspect the board violated its motion to not discuss specific charges against you is because I have heard from another source that you abruptly left the closed meeting. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "Can you share the specific charges and who brought them?" Unfortunately, as much as I would like to share I can not. The absurd accusations were made in a closed meeting and thus become confidential. That is one of the main reasons I did not want this done in a closed meeting. I can tell you that the alleged violations are a laughable joke. Oh well, this kind of political intimidation might have worked against a past director, it will not work with me. Marty |
