Please hang in there. You seem to be the only board member who truly has the best interests and financial concerns of the owners in mind.
I have been a homeowner in two previous HOA's and I have never seen anything like what goes on in OP. I find this land purchase scheme infuriating. As far as I am concerned, any money that is obtained through our fees is to be used to maintain the community, and apparently that has been done rather poorly when you consider that the buildings are allowed to deteriorate to the point that supposedly they can only be razed and rebuilt. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "This whole thing stinks" I agree. "I have heard from another source that you abruptly left the closed meeting" Good source with one small exception, in my opinion it was not a meeting, it was a just a good old fashion witch hunt. A baseless and paltry one at that. Marty
