I do not remember a vote being taken by the board to approve any such investigation?
Perhaps decided after you left the closed meeting. By what authority? Generally speaking, I suppose the board can vote to do an investigation of anyone.... and has apparently done so. This has to be the most stupid, childish move I've seen any board take. I place the blame squarely on Tom Terry for allowing this fiasco to proceed. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "I also understand from another source that this matter is not settled and is now an ongoing investigation by OPA attorney Joe Moore" I do not remember a vote being taken by the board to approve any such investigation? By what authority? "I wonder how much this witch hunt is costing OPA?" A bunch I would bet. What if I agreed to plead guilty to all of the bogus charges, what would be my punishment? Would I have to stand in the corner at the next meeting? What a total waste of our member's hard earned assessments dollars. Marty |
