"I also understand from another source that this matter is not settled and is now an ongoing investigation by OPA attorney Joe Moore" I do not remember a vote being taken by the board to approve any such investigation? By what authority? "I wonder how much this witch hunt is costing OPA?" A bunch I would bet. What if I agreed to plead guilty to all of the bogus charges, what would be my punishment? Would I have to stand in the corner at the next meeting? What a total waste of our member's hard earned assessments dollars. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Well, I spoke with Dave Stevens. He tells me the board, in closed session, did discuss you and the charges against you, in the closed session. This is a direct contradiction of the motion approved by the board to go into closed session; the motion included a provision that neither you nor specific charges against you be discussed in the closed session. I also understand from another source that this matter is not settled and is now an ongoing investigation by OPA attorney Joe Moore. I wonder how much this witch hunt is costing OPA? |
