Thanks Joe....expectations for bob just went up in my estimation.....I still think there is little or no chance for a disclosure of the costs for the board legal expert to tell them they were pursuing something that had been done away with several years ago....
while the "Fractious Four" pursue their personal vendetta against the "board member who shall not be named," at no small cost to us all.....then the GM has the audacity to request a significant raise in dues this year.....go figure???? terry |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: because my friend and I tried to find out Tim stoner's salary.....we thought the committee would have instant access to those kind of figures......NOT A relatively recent change in the HOA Act requires HOAs to reveal salaries/wages to association members. Just after it was passed I obtained the list fro then GM Tom Olson. Current GM salary is around $150,000 per year. |
