What surprises me is that the residents allow this nonsense to continue, somebody needs to start a recall petition.
On the basis of what provision in any OPA documents? A forum member named Mike Borland tried something like this several years ago. Shot down, and left with no other recourse but go to court. He did not. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I"ll feel bad if they refuse my request for such a simple piece of information but, with that said, I do know my way around a courtroom and being retired with nothing else to do I might just file a summons & complaint down in Snow Hill. I'll bet dollars to donuts a judge won't have a problem asking the question and getting an answer. What surprises me is that the residents allow this nonsense to continue, somebody needs to start a recall petition. Maybe it's time for Mr. Thompson to find a new line of work as well? This whole thing with Mr. Clarke is complete nonsense, the way the BOD has acted you would think he's a threat to National Security. Marty's ugly and he dresses funny, other than that he's a pretty good guy! |
